We did have an issue with the discharge pipe needing to be moved to accomodate a wall mounted bookcase and this was done after the owner visited and reviewed the issue. It took the technician 10 minutes to move the pipe. We were very pleased with the professional workmanship and technicians were very pleasant.

A rep from Budget came in to look at my issue and discuss options. A couple weeks later a technician came to fill/repair the cracks. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and how the product would work. He even let me watch and ask questions as her worked on my cracks. They also recommended a dehumidifier for my basement due to the moisture readings. There were no high pressure sales tactics. They were very honest, professional and they did not talk negative about competitors. They were selling me on the benefit of their own product and focused on what they could do for me. Their price was also fair. They did an inspection on the basement and gave a free estimate for the damage.

Everything went well. Very personable employees. Examined the basement to determine what had to be done to decrease the moisture. Planned on deconstucting the basement but the price was too high so a family member did that. Installed a whole house dehumidifier. Instructed me on how to get rid of the mold.
