They are very busy so we hired them but they have not done the work yet. Their estimate was much more reasonable than the other estimates and they give a guarantee.

Budget Dry replaced my battery powered back-up sump pump with the Defender. The technician (Kyle) was very professional and friendly. He readily answered my questions and offered additional insight. Kyle called me 30 minutes prior to arriving and I left work in time to meet him at my house. The job was completed in approximately 90 minutes and I am extremely happy with the process from beginning to end.

We installed a new sump pump and a back-up pump in our home. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The estimate and price was fair and the work was accomplished in a timely manner. The installer arrived on time, did a great job, tested both pumps, cleaned up the work area and left the place spotless. Can't ask for more. Tony & Joan CT.

Very professional and fixed the cracks in the garage the best that I can tell. Expensive fix but well worth going with the carbon fiber, you get a 15 year transferable warranty with it. Only deducted half star because they didn't show up on a modified scheduled date.

I liked the people I dealt with at the company. We did have one snafu with the quoted price of the job, which was disappointing, but we worked to try to find an equitable solution. The work seemed to fix one issue with our basement but created another (made it much more humid, causing a different type of water issue). We hope to work with Budget Dry to find a way to resolve this and stay within our budget.

Thank you David. I think part of the humidity issue is that the home currently is unoccupied. With air changes from doors opening and closing, some of this stale air will be expelled. It also doesn't help that we've relocated Connecticut to a tropical jungle. We do have a dehumidifier rental program for homes like yours that are in the process of being sold.
