Great repairman mike
Have used Budget Dry to replace BILCO exterior doors and basement entrance doors. Excellent workmanship and very professional.
They were very prompt in making an appointment, explained the solution they thought was best and quick to come out and fix the issue.

They first installed the wrong type of drainage, not what I was promised (wanted a grate flush with the floor, instead got a lip sticking up across the middle of the basement floor). I pointed this out to the supervisor during the work but he insisted he was right and finished job his way. Had to call the office to straighten this out. They sent another team a few days later to jackhammer out the first installation and put in the right one. From my initial call to the completion of the job, this was one of the best customer service experiences i have ever had. They were well prepared to discuss all of our options, courteous, professional and on time. We had a drain installed, a whole basement dehumidifier and new bilco doors installed.
