Mark Glazer arrived promptly as promised. He was friendlyand also veryprofessional about the way he conducted his business. He took the time to investigate the source of the problem and also explained what he was doing at every step of the way, reassuring me from time to time. He made excellent recommendations on how to fix the problem and did not appear to be pushing any product or services. I felt he had my best interest in mind and that was invaluable. Truly remarkable! From the moment I called their office I was treated with respect and non-pressuring sales people. They confirmed appointments, were timely, and efficient in their analysis and work. . Budget Dry Waterproofing came a bit early (no problem there). 3 fellows came in a truck with all equipment needed to do the job. I was able to remove a window in the basement area so they could have a shorter route into the basement. All work was done in a timely and efficient manner. They put drainage into 48 linear feet of basement floor in about 4 hours. I certainly recommend them for getting a dry basement area.

The people who did the work were very, very good! The office staff could have been better though. The job took three days. They didn't come out on the day they promised. They came out 3-4 days later. I purchased a $50 Big Deal for a Basement Waterproofing Interior & Exterior Inspection & Analysis. They diversified the water outside and built a barrier.
