FOLLOW UP REVIEW: After a bad experience with a salesman from Budget Dry (see First Review below), I received a call from the owner Marc Weinstien saying he had seen my review and said he was as upset as I was about the experience. New dehumidifier works beautifully, made basement smell fresh (no basement smell at all) within 24 hours. My previous dehumidifier was failing and too small to begin with. The only problem I had was with the condensate pump which shorted if there was a power surge and caused system to stop. By connecting that to a power surge stripI had no further problem.
