I really like working with Budget Dry. They are responsive, honest, and they do really good work. We've hired them twice now, and both times have been great. The first time, they dug out an old drain that was leaking and replaced it and added a second sump pump. The second time we called them was for a dehumidifier for our basement. I'll definitely be calling them again for additional basement projects. Replaced a section of basement waterproofing system, installed a new sump pump and dehumidifier.

I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE BETWEEN 9:00-9:30 THEY SHOWED UP AT 9:00 THE FOREMAN AND HIS WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND POLITE I MOVED ALL MY PERSONAL ITEMS AWAY FROM THE WALLS AS I WAS TOLD THEY PUT A PLASTIC WALL COVERING AROUND MY BELONGINGS SO THEY WOULD NOT GET DUST ON THEM WHICH WAS VERY LITTLE THEY WORKED MOST OF THE DAY ONLY TO STOP FOR LUNCH THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE IM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK THERE WAS VERY LITTLE TO DO AFTER THEY WERE DONE I WILL WASH MY FLOOR ONLY BECAUSE IM GOING TO PAINT FL... read more

We found a small puddle in the corner of our basement the day we moved into our new house.Worried, we scheduled an assessment from Budget Dry and Connecticut Basement Systems. Neither found anything urgently wrong the with basement, but both mentioned we might want to consider a long-term solution, such as a small drain, to reduce water seepage.A few other people we had in the house also inspected the puddle and didn't see anything alarming. We had an Angie's List coupon for a basement inspection. They scheduled instantly, came on time and were very professional and helpful. We decided not to pursue putting in a large humidifier, but if we were to undertake any waterproofing, we would probably call them in first. Assessed the humidity in the basement

unknown Repared large crack in foundation wall, which unrepaired allowed water to enter under flooring of finished basement. The work done was perfect, with |no mess left behind. It could not have been done any better, and with complete professionalism. They cost a little more than their compitition, but the work done was far better with no outside digging, and a great warrenty that is transferable if we sell our home within 10 years.

Contractor arrived on time for the inspection. He was courteous. Asked about the problem and what my needs were.We proceeded to the basement where he found evidence of lime deposits on the interior walls from seepage. Ascertained that the amount was not unusual. Asked what my possible plans were for the basement and time frame. We discussed possibilities. The reps from Budget Dry were friendly and professional. They listened to our concerns about moisture and drainage, recommended steps we could take on our own and outlined the services they provide, which they did not feel were necessary in our case. We did purchase a high-level dehumidifier from them, something our structural engineer had also recommended, and are quite happy with it. I didn't feel pressured into spending unnecessarily. Inspected basement for moisture issues, recommended areas to address.

It was so HOT those 2 days they were here but the guys did a great job and were very responsible and cleaned up after themselves. Installed new bilco hatchway door, 4 cellar windows(1 with dryer vent) and frosted, floating tile floor in basement(man cave) and new cellar door. also installed dehumidifier.
