I am very pleased with Luke Gordan's service. It's been a difficult time. We canceled our original reservation and ended up making a reservation directly with British Air for less then we paid to Business Class Air. We received a voucher which we are about to use for another trip. Of course we had to pay more. I have many issues with Business Class air and can only hope and pray that our upcoming trip goes off without a hitch. I've had no issues with Luke. Without a refund and after charging our card they had us pay twice an additional fee for a revised booking. The first was for an added $1,300 and the 2nd was for a downgrade from business to economy class for $28.Their emails said they had not yet charged the client if they chose not to pay the extra, but this was false as they already charged us and had felt our funds were at hostage.Classic scam behaviour. Stay far away, what initially was $3300 cost us about $5k each ticket.

I booked a trip based on a quote I received from a travel agent at businessclass.com. It took days instead of hours to get tickets once payment was received. When the tickets were issued, they were not as quoted. I contacted the agent and he admitted he made a mistake. The tickets were for a lower class of seats. I asked to cancel because it was within the 24 hour ticketing policy of the company. He stated he would call me back and I have not heard from him. I set up and paid for a complex set of flights (multiple family members coming from different locations arriving at the same airport close to the same time), and then was informed a couple of hour later told that the fares had gone up massively! Did I want to start all over again? What?! A serious bait-and-switch! I cancelled all flights and vowed never to work with these folks again.

Booked a multi-city, received a confirmation for one-way! Took over 12 hours to receive that incredibly unsatisfactory result. I wouldn't waste any time with this company.

Terrible customer service, did not return calls. The price was good for business class. One of our party had to cancel due to medical reasons. They only offer a voucher even with insurance. The voucher was almost impossible to use. Eventually lost over $1,000
