Business Class ripped me off. They sold me tickets for flights from ********* to ****** and return from ***** to ********* for 7- 20 May. The sale on 4 Dec. went O.K. and received confirmation via e-mail. 10 days later we received an e-mail stating that the airlines had changed the times of our return flight and if it was O. Try to book my ticket pay $5700 get my confirmation, 4 hours later get email that the price was wrong and send me new code for more money, in the end purchase my ticket for extra $700 , there service is good but they misleading people on there website, this matter should be resolved immediately when they have price they have to expect it no matter what

Absolutely terrible experience. I was trying to purchase business class tickets from them and after providing them with my personal info and credit card information they said this price no longer exists and a new fare was much higher. Typical bait and switch. They do this notoriously because another attempt was done 4 days later on a different route and exact same happen. After the ticket issued, I called the airlines and they informed that my ticket was cancelled by the agency. So, I went to web and rebooked. Then, another agent called me and finally agreed that the first ticket was canceled without reasons and informing me. She was understanding and reissued the second reservation ticket. Appreciated the second agent's service.

This was my worst travel experience in my life and I've been traveling a lot. Don't trust them. They put me on a flight from ******** to ******** on Coach where I had to pay for my luggage and to pay for my seat.
