They booked me on Turkish Air 6 months in advance. One month before travel Airline canceled my return flight and had me booked two days later to come home. Not wanting two extra days in ******, I asked Biz-Class to fix the problem. They took five whole days to do so, never giving me any assurance that they could get us home the day we originally booked. After these days of anxious suspense, they finally fixed the problem. I will never use them again.

Do not do business with this group. They booked me flights to and from ****** in November and those flights got cancelled in December/January (airline pulled out of my nearby airport), and they never notified me. I found out hours before I was to leave for ****** in JUNE (6+ months later) that I had no flights and couldn't be rebooked on the same airline. More expensive than other websites. Verification is a long and tedious process.
If you want to overpay for your flight, Business Class is the site for you. For the very same flights, they have charged me approximately $550 more per ticket than I was subsequently quoted by AranGrant. I can only hope that my sorry experience will serve as a cautionary tale for may be considering Business Class.

Worst service I have ever received. Lies all the way and I ended up paying for ticket more than if I have purchased it myself. For 3 days wasted my time with lies, didnt pick up the phone, with meeting excuses didnt give updates, didnt respond to phone calls nor texts and lost a ticket because they have charged me and didnt buy ticket and it increased in price and hence I lost it and two days with it. Its a scam site where tickets in actuality cost for example 300 bucks but they will take 500 bucks on top in pretense you get business class , they have you make meal selection etc so it looks legit , they wont show you seat assignment Untill 5 days later and you in main cabin like sardines with everyone else but paid premium for it .

Scammers.Worked with an agent on a business class ticket. When we found one, they sent me a booking link. I entered my information, including credit card. They acknowledged and said (all via email and well documented) that they were "working on it".
