Found this business on Kayak. Needed to call 800 number to book flights. Very pleased with service on telephone. No wait on hold! *******'s website will not accept passenger information or passport number although I was able to obtain seat assignments. Cannot enter information on business-class's website either, so I will need to call. Price is below competitors' for same flight. If all goes well, will use again.
The service that Business Class provided me with is top notch - best travel agent bar none. The words effortless, hugely time saving, professional, prompt, easy to work with, courteous and fully present with the customers requests come to mind.
