The worst! The system lost our return tickets, and so the price for one way is that of the round trip! AND they will only reimburse about 15 percent of the cost... NEVER again!!

Buyer Beware. Poor cost/benefit as Very High-priced Bundle for "Premium/Flexible Ticket Protection" does not provide adequate customer service response time, cancelled flight resolution. Despite $1,500 cost, Business Travel charged a service fee to change tickets.

They were not able to provide assignments. They told me to contact the carrier and there was only one seat available for the two of us. I cancelled with the 24 hour grace ******* However, they processed the credit card which required me to dispute the charge. I understand the charge has been reversed. They have a sneaky way of trapping you onto their site which I also did not appreciate. I would never give them them the opportunity to serve me in the future.

I think this company is a scam. I booked tickets and the they changed the deal 3 times in less then ten days, I was not going to fly for another 2 months, so I could not put up with stress of having to back an forth with this company. Now they will not give all my money back. How would you feel if you paid for two stops and now they want to make it three stops. Its like buying a red car and now they want to give a green car like it is ok. The were nice up front, please be aware they are not an honest company.**********

They practice bait and switch. Listing low prices then after you purchase you get an email that the price was a mistake and it's actually higher. Don't trust them.

When a flight was cancelled by the airline, I had to fight with this company for a refund. The refund they offered was paltry compared to the cost of the ticket originally and even more paltry compared to the price of replacement. Furthermore, this company blamed the airline for this low refund but as it was a European airline, it is well known that strict rules apply. In the end I feel swindled by this company.

What a Joke travel agency I searched for a flight and got a so called special deal, called on the phone to give reference number The agent was telling me that the reference number does not exist. I forwarded the number to him.Now he decided to book again and the price triple within 10 mins I might as well go directly to the airlines for better prices.This company is a joke or they need to fix their computer

-Terrible. I am reporting this group to AMEX and the BBB for charging us $8K without express authorization and charging us $1000 for some kind of flexible ticket and extending our flight to the ****************** knowing that our luggage would go there from our final destination. Many people have had terrible experiences and I claim my money back. ***************************** and *************************

I am currently working with Mason. He had given me several flight options. I chose one and he went through the terms. He wasn't sure if luggage was included and had to find out. Once he was able to determine that most of the legs of the flight included luggage and I was willing to pay for the other legs, I booked the flight. My cc was taken and charged.
