I received great service from Business Travel Group. The communication was very pleasant and friendly. Making reservation 2 days prior desirable departure day I was very busy, and I was not able to respond to the agent right away. And there were some problems with credit card payment to resolve. Yet, the agent was patiently waiting while saving my itinerary and rate. For comparison, I was working with another company right before them who after several hours of waiting notified me about significant price increase.
Have been using Business Class for International travel for years and am very satisfied with the bookings they make for me. ****** is most accommodating and always replies promptly. Requested changes are made promptly and I have not had problem with airline travel with Business Class and highly recommend them.
My travel expert, *********, provided exceptional customer service and demonstrated exceptional knowledge in his field. He patiently researched and provided quotes for at least a dozen itineraries since my needs kept changing. He was prompt in responding to my emails and texts and was always upfront about all terms and conditions. I will continue to use Ace as my travel agent for all future trips.
Business-Class has done a teriffic job in making our reservations. Our airline changed the reservation 3 times and Business-Class steped up to the task on handeling the changes.

I have never used travel agent for my international flight. I guess I hit a jackpot using BTG for the first time. I told them what me and my wife are looking for and they deliver. Ace was good. He was professional and helpful. My flight is not until four months away and we are set to go. I will use them again if everything go as planned.

A fine company they are what they say they are and I saved $1000.00. Tickets in less than two hours on a major carrier. Pick your flights and your seats. There were less expensive options available but my dates were firm. ****** was excellent.
