Buyer beware!I bought a ticket for a 21-hour trip that had 2 stops, on Avianca, advertised as business-class. I checked the reviews and they described poor customer service but at least it had lie-flat seats. However, when I went to select seats after the purchase, I found out that all the flights were on A320 airplanes, without lie-flat seats. I requested a change to a different flight with lie-flat seats, and I was told that they would charge a cancellation fee of $960 on a $3,000 ticket a month away.

This company is a rip off. I had to make a change to my flight and they explained to me that there was a change fee which I understood but then they charged me a rate that was a $1,000 more than the current rate from the airline. On top of that if i had booked it directly with the airline there would have been no change fees. So all in this cost me $2,000 which the company. ***** was very creative and really tried hard to save me money when I told him the prices were too high. If that's all you are looking for, this is a great option. Unfortunately, his creativity resulted in having me buy a flight I would not use. During the discussion of this ticket before the sale, he made it seem like not using the flight would not be a problem. Had to change my moms flight due to a surgery. Change of price should have been a few hundred but Business Class charged me $1400 in fees directly to them. The airline was only charging a small amount for their fare difference. But this travel agency is exhorting customers. I will never use them again.

This company is shady, dishonest, and non-responsive to inquiries for updates. My flight was changed, departing 25 mins later, they called out that change and asked me to accept it. They did not call out that it changed my layover from 90 minutes to FOURTEEN hours. I then asked for a refund which is valid based on the airlines terms of carriage. Its been 8 business days and I am still waiting for my refund.

There was no consistency with whom I was dealing. I had to explain the issues to 3 different people.The price I got was not the best as I was able to find a better price on line but it was too late to change it.When my outbound flight was changed it took several emails (could not get a person on the phone) and then was informed the new flight was selected only to find out a few weeks later that it had not been updated. Hidden, concealed charges that even their own reps are not aware of. I made a booking for a Business class roundtrip. The rep kept insisting that in the unlikely event of me needing to change the booking, ONLY the airline fare fees would be charged. AFTER I receive the eticket, I reviewed their Terms and Conditions. Tucked away in page 21 of THAT document - which most people won't even read - is a $250 charge in addition to whatever the airline may or may not charge! ********** practice.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. With each call and query about my wifes trip to the *********** it was answered with reasons why they could not do something rather than offer suggestions on how best to deal with schedule changes and rebookingmy experience was stressful and very expensive.. certainly not a company Ill ever do business with again..Zero rating.****** W

Very misleading and deceitful staff. We payed $8,679 for business class tickets. Got an email later stating our tickets were going to be booked using miles. **** got another email that the tickets were no longer available at that price. They offered a different itinerary which had ****** airlines. We declined because we stick to oneworld.
