Justin C. was an excellent agent who quickly found me a Business Class flight for about half what the Airline website quoted. I will work with this company again!

I am very pleased with Luke Gordan's service. It's been a difficult time. We canceled our original reservation and ended up making a reservation directly with British Air for less then we paid to Business Class Air. We received a voucher which we are about to use for another trip. Of course we had to pay more. I have many issues with Business Class air and can only hope and pray that our upcoming trip goes off without a hitch. I've had no issues with Luke. Need system to indicate non-availability of a flight before one completes the booking. On a multi-city reservation effort had completed the entire trip and then got a notice that flight (not sure which one) was not available.

Had a change that was needed for a flight, and *****, the ** **** was both unhelpful and unimaginative. He refused to let me work with another ** *** or a superior, despite my ***eated requests.I had to come up with different solutions or variables for him to check, because all he could say was "no, we can't do that." Worse yet, ************** said that Business-Class.com could do a number of things, but ***** told me we couldn't. Do not use if you need to make changes. I booked a RT business class flight for $6,300. Looking to change dates I was quoted a $400 change fee ($250 business-class.com service fee and $150 carrier change fee) and $4,800 fare difference. Looking at the fares available on ****** flights and offered by Business-Class.com I could see that there were fares offered on the same carrier for $6,100. This company is not transparent about ticket and airline details. Booked a business class fare and paid over $4800, the agent didn't inform me and never brought it up that it didn't included the lounge access. The ETIHAD Airline apparently want you believe you're getting business Class flight but they're so freaking cheap and deceptive to not include it with any tier of their ******** the end of the day Business Travel company is responsible for informing customers what they're getting. I felt pressured into purchasing travel protection that turned out to be completely useless. There were many assurances over the phone, but when I actually needed to change my tickets, the promised coverage didnt help at all. This was my third time doing business with them, but it may very well be my last.

Without a refund and after charging our card they had us pay twice an additional fee for a revised booking. The first was for an added $1,300 and the 2nd was for a downgrade from business to economy class for $28.Their emails said they had not yet charged the client if they chose not to pay the extra, but this was false as they already charged us and had felt our funds were at hostage.Classic scam behaviour. Stay far away, what initially was $3300 cost us about $5k each ticket.
