Very disappointed in seating. Had a party of 9 but were told we could not sit together because we could not split the check so we decided to sit 5 and 4. Ended up seating each party on completely opposite sides of the restaurant when there was plenty of room for us all to sit in the same areas. 10/10 will not come back! Also... someone in our party wanted poached eggs and the server said they take to too long to cook when they only take 3 minutes. Again, disappointed!

We came for lunch with our daughter who is visiting. We stood in line to be seated. There was no hostess. Waited for 10 min. Which seamed like forever. Once we were seated. No one came to take our order. 20 minutes later. We walked out. Funny they kept seating people but no servers. I have been in hospitality business for a long time. I have to tell you this is bad. No order or structure there.

Advertised as 24 hour restaurant. Arrived at restaurant at 6:45. Sign said opens at 7:00 am. Hostess was at her desk. At 7:00 she announced to everyone in line that restaurant won't open until 8:00. That is what the cook said! I guess the cook was promoted to manager.

We have been here twice while staying at the Silver Legacy. Both times we've sat in the bar area of the cafe. While the food is good the service is terrible. There was a handful of people in the bar area and it took forever for the bartender to take our order and that was because I had to get his attention. Rather than walking to our table in the bar area, he stood behind the bar and asked what we wanted to order. He never came to check on us or refill our drinks. Service was great and the casino ambient is nice, but my mashed potatoes were spoiled, sour. I asked the waiter what dairy was in it and they said heavy cream. So I can assume it was spoiled. They offered other options but I didn't want them. Never coming back for dinner.

Fucking horrific service never coming again I wasn't even drunk cause I didn't get my beer till I was done with my food but I still managed to be pissed with no alcohol in me cause it was that bad !

They renovated this place, it looks way better than before. However today service was really horrible, too long to get seated and it wasn't busy yet, even the host didn't understand why they were lagging and apologized for the wait. Food order took about 15 minutes and food arrival took a ridiculous amount of time of 30 minutes the kids were getting antsy and hangry. The food here is good but service was not this time around.

I was in town for a huge convention. Got in line about 6:30 am. There were only three of four parties seated. Finally got seated at 7. Ridiculous that you don't have staffing enough when a huge convention is happening. Our server was friendly enough and worked extremely hard, but was very frustrated and even commented the management was asked to schedule more staff. Food is OK nothing special very basic menu. Service people are friendly enough. You can find one. They are understaffed probably a decent restaurant in between breakfast and lunch, but I do not recommend it for breakfast long long weights and very little staff to help very large amount of people we had to get her own coffee.
