Good after theater spot for a late meal. Very good antipasto selection and nice flat crust pizza. Wait staff acted like they didn't need our business. Gave us a cramped table next to the order station when they didn't really have to. Waiter very condescending. Will not be going back to this place.
We were there on Saturday night at 8pm to celebrate our daughters birthday. They were out of ravioli, meatballs and baby artichokes. At 8pm on a Saturday night?! Unacceptable
This is not a rating of the food or the service since we'd experience neither. It is a comment of management neglect. We arrived for a brunch reservation only to be turned away due to a restaurant inspection taking place. At no point before then had the restaurant staff tried to contact us to inform that they will not be seating. It would have been the considerate thing to do.
From the service to the food, the entire experience was mediocre. We dined after the opera at Lincoln Center, and this was a huge disappointment. the server was distracted and unfriendly. She didn't care. At all. We'll never go back.
overpriced small portions. not going back.
Have eaten there many times before. This time the food was bland, the waiter confused our order with another table's and when we needed something he was nowhere to be found. Despite having a reservation we found ourselves rushing to make our show, which was luckily very close by.
uninterested service, we had to ask for everything. table beside us which was seated after us got their food first. long wait for food. food itself was good but we felt very overlooked. It was 9:30-10 pm so maybe the wait staff was "tired"...
I've been eating here for years, usually before the ballet. Sunday was very disappointing. My friend arrived first and was seated after being told she was the first to arrive, at 12:05. I arrived at 12:15 and was not told my friend was there. I requested a table in Berlin and was seated. It was 12:45 before we found each other. The manager apologized and brought some of the antipasto as an apology. The menu has also changed. The last time I was there you coul get to vegetable and one seafood antipasto. No longer. Would I go ... read more
