I was scheduled to 8 am and went back at 8:15
If you want a “through” skin cancer screening you probably need to seek another dermatology practice. If you want creams and lotions and non medical items and treatments this is the place. Support staff and facility I are great.
I had to wait for over 40 minutes for the provider. Then, when the provider came in, she rushed through my appointment and rush through the treatment plan didn’t even tell me where to go check out. The provider didn’t even spend eight minutes with me. And she even took biopsies during that time. I felt very rushed, I felt like just a number, I was a new patient and she didn’t even ask anything about me.
wait time was an hour+ with excuses from the staff, I understand being busy but i had to reschedule my patients appointments because I was late getting back to work. the staff was very nice and courteous, but no one was at the window to check out because they were at lunch.
It took staff 3 days to return my 1st call regarding my prescription. Call back the next day no one has returned my call. Basically just gave 50$ away
Waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen
Hi, I have had a couple hydrafacials here before my one from yesterday. The first was the best, the second was okay, and my most recent treatment yesterday was definitely below expectations. Yesterday, I showed up 10 min early to my apt, and then had to wait for over 10 minutes past my apt. time for my provider to come get me. I would have to mention to them that I waited an hour past my appointment time in the waiting room.
I found the “experienced”doctor to be a bit of a smart ass and condescending
