I was seen by dr zoey glick. I had requested appointment with dr groysman because I read very good reviews about her. But I was seen by dr zoey glick. Doctor hardly spend 5 mins. She was in and out immediately. She did not explain anything about my skin problem. Also did not give any tips how I could make it heal faster. Also did not tell how long I should use the prescription, and when can I discontinue. I read online that it should be continued 1 week even after its healed so it does not return back. She just said what it ... read more

Unusually long wait time. Was not offered a reason for wait despite my questioning. Believe I was forgotten about.

I will not be returning to Cahaba Dermatology. The doctor I saw was alright, but he was nor his assistant were warm in their bedside manner. The office staff was not courtesy and had a very unwelcoming demeanor. I felt like I was being rushed in and was causing them a frustration by coming for my appointment. I was displeased and would not recommend this practice, and as I said, I will be choosing a different practice for my next appointment.

I was very unhappy with my appointment. The doctor was not hands on with my skin and dismissed every topic/question I had. It only took 12 minutes for me to walk back, see the nurse, see the doctor, and check out. As a first patient, I would have liked the doctor to look at my overall skin condition but instead, I had to bring up and remind her what I was there for (and she still wasn't very concerned with it- she barely looked at it). There were also unattended children in the lobby that were out of control and very very di... read more

I've been to 4 dermatology centers in the last 6 months and the this was the 2nd best. So this office is as good as any I have been to. It's just that none are that good. It's sad, but there are no real helpers anymore. It's all a business. I am looking for a solution to my Rosacea but why go to the dermatologist to see a PA? And when you don't tell me anything that I can't get from Wikipedia, or a google search? I know about my rosacea. I know my symptoms and what causes it. What a real service provider does is try to actua... read more

I was greeted by two front desk clerks. The clerk on the right was very friendly, however the clerk on the left (blond hair) CLEARLY does not like her job and should NOT be at the front desk. She was short to the point of almost being rude. This set the tone for my first visit. I completed the online paperwork to be given the almost EXACT paperwork at my visit. My waiting time was 47 minutes and my visit with the doctor was 4 minutes.

Valerie is wonderful. She is so skilled and pleasant. However the hydrafacial is not for me. I had it yesterday afternoon and now I have many more broken capillaries and about 15 little red dots on my cheek. It looks like it pulled the blood to the surface. I bought the package so please contact me to let me know what I can do.

I came in yesterday with my LS&A issue. I told the nurse that I also had a bad rash on my legs and back and would like for the doctor to look at it. I was told no, that I was there for the LS&A issue only. I had to go to a doc in the back later that afternoon to have someone look at it. I was at a dermatologist already and thought she could look at it. I end up having to pay 2 copays when one doctor would have been enough. I didn't like the way the nurse handled it.

Phone system offers no option for speaking to a live person. Responsiveness to messages left is poor--takes 2 or 3 days to get a response. Took two days after notification of availability to get biopsy results; took 3 days to get follow-up procedure scheduled.
