Ridiculous I had to sit in my car for a half an hour after my appointment time. I have been to my regular doctor and nobody was made to sit in their car and if everybody has to wear a mask it’s even more ridiculous. Not to mention that my appointment had been canceled twice
Nothing to say at all my doctor is leaving to start her own practice . So I will be going right behind her .
The only problem I had is that the skin tags that were removed bled like they never did before. And it is taking longer to heal. Also never thought of the fact that I no longer have someone here to help and I had a biopsy removed from my back. Ant get to it to clean it with the vinegar and water and out another bandaid on.
The waiting room was very full and the office was running more than 30 minutes behind schedule.
Every thing was straight to the point nothing
I was not impressed by the front desk/checkout staff. The girl was very rude, rushed me, and did not answer my questions. I scheduled my appointment (new patient) but I am highly considering cancelling as I was SO displeased with the staff. I also felt a bit rushed by the provider
I had the HydraFacial yesterday. The procedure cleared a lot of the blackheads on top of my nose but still have quite a few on both side of the nose/nostrils that I expected to be taken care of during this procedure, especially considering the cost and that I upgraded my service.
I would not recommend anyone to see Dr. Gunn. I almost walked out of the room when I saw her for the first time for my daughter. Her delivery is awful. I don’t have any experience with any other doctors there except for Dr. Glick (who is no longer there and the reason I left Total Skin and Beauty).
Receive entirely too many emails and texts regarding appt. May use another dermatologist just to eliminate the excessive emails and texts which is a shame as the dr and staff were great!
