I was treated horribly by a nurse named Gabby. She spoke to me like a was stupid and even asked me why I even came in to the office. She was so rude she made me cry. The front staff was great though. Really the only plus to this office is the front staff. But will never come back because of the way Gabby treated me. I have never had a nurse ever talk to me that way at any other appointment with any other doctors office.
Went in to develop a relationship with a dermatologist and was treated as if I was a burden. I do not recommend for ongoing care.
Very long wait time from scheduled appointment time. Exam went good except for biopsy for mosquito bite instead of reoccurring growth on skin.
I felt rushed with the Doctor. She moved fast And didn’t do a through body check. I had tags I wanted her to look at but she never looked under my arms. Before I knew it she was done and I forgot to mention it. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
If we are to listen, respect & remember medical advice, then we are also to be listened to & respected. I left feeling I had not been questioned or listened to about a chronic condition. The front staff was excellent, but I felt dismissed by the person who took me back (bad day?). I was given a treatment plan, that I will absolutely follow, but with a 51 year history of skin problems I needed help. Very discouraged.
I really wanted to like this place but I was really disappointed in my service. I went in to get checked for skin cancer. I told the doctor that my mom had had skin cancer And even had a melanoma a few years ago, Yet the doctor didn’t even check my whole body. My gown stayed on the whole time and she only checked like one arm and shoulder. She asked me if they were any spots I was concerned about but how am I supposed to know what cancer looks like? Dr. Wang was awful. Was quick and did not listen to my concerns. We will not be paying for this
The wait time was ridiculous. I live an hour away and I think my time is just as valuable as your time. The 2 ladies up front should keep the conversation to a minimum if it is not work related. I heard way to much about the 17 vitamins she needs to take daily and other things that were not necessary.
Wait time was an hour and 30 minutes. Staff seemed a little unfriendly. My prescriptions were called in to the wrong pharmacy.
