The wait was extremely long. It was an hour and ten minutes before I was taken to the exam room. Once I was brought back, the process was quick and easy. I hadn't planned to be there nearly as long and was very late to a meeting because of it.
My husband and I arrived around 3:20pm for a 3:40pm appointment and did not leave until after 5:00pm
When I made my appointment I clearly stated that I did NOT want to make an appointment JUST for a consultation without receiving treatment, as I am tired of Dermatologists taking my money and never receiving anything for it, in addition to it wasting my time. This is the 2nd time in 5 months that I have tried to receive treatment and have been forced to pay for a consultation without every receiving the treatment I asked for. I visited your office only for makeup products. My appointment is not for another three weeks with Dr. Glick.
Dr. Gunn was completely unprofessional and inappropriate during my appointment at this practice. There were so many instances of disrespect from her in such a short window of time, I couldn’t list them all here. Condescending would be an understatement. Some other staff members were also unfriendly and seemed to be bothered by a patient giving them something to do, like, their job. I would not recommend coming here.
Quick appointment made in response to a problem. The Physician's Assistant did the procedure.
The staff was very nice! The doctor was very rude. She just talked about herself and how rich she was and I feel like I was being rushed out. I got more knowledge from the staff than I did from the doctor about my condition and products.
Not satisfied . I address my cocern but I was given a band aid for my problems. I wanted something done but i was told to purchase a lot of different products and my insurance doesnt cover. I couldve did this on my own researching products to use. Very dissatisfied.
Dr. was dismissive, and didn't get care we needed. Will not return.
