Very disappointing; I was just glad we hardly spent any time there other than sleeping. The shower would not get warm, it was cold to lukewarm at best most of the time. There was no shower gel in the dispenser. We asked the front desk to have housekeeping refill it, but no one ever did. The shower curtain was installed backwards. Will stay elsewhere. Filthy floor in room, wear shoes. toilet broken, reported to mgmt. Not worth the price of rooms. Restaurants on site were good. Girl at front desk was friendly and helpful. Pool area was fun to relax by.

Disappointing We called ahead to tell the front desk we'd arrive after midnight for check in, to find the lobby's door locked, and the front desk vacant. After calling them and knocking on the door for 15 mins, the night attendant appeared and checked us in... But had us panicked, unable to find our reservation. Then the room was clearly not cleaned thoroughly. I found false eyelashes, hair in the shower, and a rogue tomato on a shelf. One night stay for sleep only. Got in late and left early. Beds were comfy but room felt antiquated. Could use a facelif Needs upgrading but worth the value. Small and quaint. Restaurant conveniently on premises. Quiet at night.

Because of the shortfalls listed we will not be staying again. The room is somewhat dated with standing lamps that have to be operated under the shade. The entry door bottom gasket was missing or doesn't fit properly. Light shows through potentially allowing bugs and dust to blow in. The sink hot and cold faucet handles were reversed. The bed sheets were very wrinkled making you think maybe they hadn't been cleaned., The restaurant and bar on the premises. Large pool and hot tub.

Very old and dated rooms, but the pool and restaurants were nice. The rooms are in serious need of an overhaul, very dated and in bad condition. Mattress was very uncomfortable, sparse bedding. The grounds and pool were nice

Sorry I selected this hotel Rooms need to be updated. The carpet was icky, the bed had no support at all and the safety deadbolt did not lock from the inside. I'm disappointed in my stay. Good location at the base of the mountains. Close enough to downtown but without the traffic.
