Nice location and restaurant bar but poor room quality Stayed in a wheelchair accessible room Strong smell of bleach - chlorine upon entering the room. No chair to sit in . Although the shower and sink seemed recently renovated , the sink drain was slow. The plumbing in the walk in shower was visible and looked unfinished and when we pulled it no water came The maintenance worker came and had to pull extremely hard to get the shower to work A handicapped person would not be able to do it We ended up nit using it Excellent lo... read more

Nicht empfehlenswert! Wir haben über Booking 7 Tage im Caliente Tropics v. Freitag bis Freitag gebucht. Uns haben die schönen Poolbilder zugesagt, denen wir auch bis einschließlich Sonntag zustimmen konnten. Leider bot sich ab Montag ein ganz anderes Bild, denn der Pool war wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen. Das Poolwasser wurde komplett abgelassen und ab Dienstag war auch die komplette Poolanlage bis einschließlich Donnerstag geschlossen. Also von unseren 7 gebuchten Tagen war der Pool sowie die Poolanlage 4 Tage geschloss... read more

If 1960's Polynesian Hip delights you, this is your place. Everyone was very nice. We were on a road trip. First the Harris Ranch Resort, then the Caliente Tropics Resort, the Marbella Resort and finally the Sea Pines Resort. I do not know what defines "resort", but for us the Caliente Tropics was more motel than resort. The attached restaurant, The Reef, was fun and welcoming.

Staff are great, that’s it! Nothing else. Unhygienic carpets. They are really old and needs immediate replacing. It was dirty and felt moist all the time. The furnitures were broken. There are cracks in the bathroom. In desperate need of renovation. Staff were very good. They also have 2 restaurants and a bar for a quick evening meal.

It’s a +60 year old motel that advertises queen beds as kings. It’s tired and old but it’s clean The internet sucks - 0/10. Carpet is foul, our a/c smelled a lot like urine, and they simply don’t have king size beds. It’s undeniably a Queen in a deluxe king.

You were wrong about the bed size, we don't advertise such things wrong. you are probably used to a California King and couldn't recognize the difference. Fair Clim bruyante, réveillé à 6h du matin par un camion avec une pompe devant notre porte pendant plus d'une demi heure. Pas de geste commercial. Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et à proximité du centre ville.

Overpriced room Dead bolt didn't work, one of the pictures was falling apart (each corner of the frame was barely hanging onto itself), looked like black mold under the sink. Toilet leaned far enough that you felt like you would slide off. Due to the way the place is built, bar music is super loud way into the night. More attention could definitely be paid to make the room better. We feel like we overpaid. Got no response when we communicated this info to staff. The restaurants and location are great. The pillows were good.
