Disappointing Stayed in Room 213 Found a massive red cockroach in the bathroom on arrival into our room The carpet was full of stains & flithy with bits that hadn't been hoovered up. Around the skirting/edges of room were debris/bits & was dirty Furniture was old & falling apart Walls were marked & had stains Room desperately needs a refurb The swimming pool was immaculate & surrounding pool area very inviting. The Reef bar/restaurant served great food & cocktails

Lieber woanders übernachten! Zimmer leider komplett heruntergekommen, Wände blättern ab, Fußboden total eklig und dreckig. Würde nicht nochmal hier übernachten. Lieber paar Euro mehr ausgeben.. Die Lage war gut und das Personal nett, kostenloser Parkplatz

Decent staff at reef restaurant very rude e.g. bartender on Saturday night. 25 dollars extra if you want extra towels. Pool, no children

Older style room with cool tropical theme. In need of renovation. Room was very hot. Air conditioning was fairly old and didn’t kick in until early morning. Was a used razor in shower. Issue with towels available. Only 3 pool towels available (fam of 4) and 2 bath towels. Told front desk after check in and they said maids will bring them to our room. Which happened, but at 10:30pm. Location was good. Tropic theme was nice. Lovely lady working bar at Le Fern Bar. Pool was refreshing
