Budget hotel with nice staff The shower didn’t work, and the bedding was thin. Close to theaters
Fair The bathrooms are small, and the tile in the bathrooms were broken and dipped in. The overall appearance inside was very old. The overall outside of the property is cute, decorated with lights
Disappointing The rooms are old, dingy, and comparable to motel 6. They are not clean and pretty gross. The door did not open properly and our hot water did not work. The pool and restaurants are great.
The Reef is worth a visit While there wasn't anything particularly terrible about the room (given the price point and overall rating of the hotel), the rooms do need a complete renovation. You can tell that the rooms at one point had been smoking rooms. While the smoke smell was not fresh, it has permeated all of the finishes in the room, creating a stale smoking smell. Fair La struttura è un po’ datata. La camera era sporca a nostro ingresso. Potrebbe essere stata una disattenzione. Accessibile in auto con ampio parcheggio. 2 ristoranti accanto alla lobby. Personale molto gentile e premuroso.
Fair No hot water in room, and had to move rooms. Two bath towels and two coffee mugs in a room for 4 people.
Nice location and restaurant bar but poor room quality Stayed in a wheelchair accessible room Strong smell of bleach - chlorine upon entering the room. No chair to sit in . Although the shower and sink seemed recently renovated , the sink drain was slow.
