Very Poor Room was very cold. Heater wasn’t strong enough to heat that size of room. I came there due to the power being out in my condo. It was hardly a step up.

...hotel stay was disappointing , it has good potential but let down by details ...The shower didn't work properly , the tap control kept spinning around & had trouble finding warm or hot water ( on 2nd day it was only cold ) ..My room also on arrival smelled of burnt plastic or smoke from drugs ( it took a day to 50% clear it ) ...shampoo & soap dispenser in shower were empty on arrival & were never refilled on 2nd day. ...The Hotel had a nice design theme , garden & layout

Fair The bathrooms are small, and the tile in the bathrooms were broken and dipped in. The overall appearance inside was very old. The overall outside of the property is cute, decorated with lights

Disappointing The rooms are old, dingy, and comparable to motel 6. They are not clean and pretty gross. The door did not open properly and our hot water did not work. The pool and restaurants are great.

The Reef is worth a visit While there wasn't anything particularly terrible about the room (given the price point and overall rating of the hotel), the rooms do need a complete renovation. You can tell that the rooms at one point had been smoking rooms. While the smoke smell was not fresh, it has permeated all of the finishes in the room, creating a stale smoking smell. Doccia rotta, niente wifi, check-in in ritardo e si sono tenuti un mio oggetto dimenticato Nonostante avessi richiesto il check-in anticipato (prima delle 16) mi hanno obbligata ad aspettare lo stesso. Anche oltre l'orario previsto, mi è stata assegnata la stanza alle 17 circa. La doccia era rotta, non usciva acqua. L'illuminazione era scarsissima, non si vedeva niente con le loro luci. Fair La struttura è un po’ datata. La camera era sporca a nostro ingresso. Potrebbe essere stata una disattenzione. Accessibile in auto con ampio parcheggio. 2 ristoranti accanto alla lobby. Personale molto gentile e premuroso.
