Fair The room's air conditioning was an insert fan and horribly noisy. Room tired. The pool water was cloudy/murky. I liked the music and atmosphere, but our room just didn't excite us for the price ($220). The decor and idea was great.

Cockroach and My Shower Was Jammed & Never Worked My room was dirty, the AC was so loud it disrupted my sleep intermittently throughout the night, my shower head was jammed so I could not use the shower thought my stay. I arrived on Wednesday evening, I alerted the front office on Thursday and they did not fix it. The front desk closes at 10pm. So that is incredibly inconvenient during this dilemma. Rooms definitely need a make over. Everything looks run down. My air conditioning unit wasn’t working. Everything is rundown. Broken AC, broken ice machine, cable sucks, the tiki bar and restaurant has the most rude staff. They act like they are doing you a huge favor when it comes to ordering food and drinks. I guess they forget who the guest is. The pool was okay.
