Never again! As soon as I walked into the room, the first noticeable thing is the stained carpets. And the WiFi in that area of the hotel was not working, but I was told each day it would be fixed. It was, on my last day, after a power outage that occurred at 12:30 A.M. and lasted to 6:00 A.M. rebooted the server! The only good thing I can say is that I liked the location.

Awesome A staff member at the restaurant yelled and cursed at me.Not very happy about it contacted the owner of the restaurant and he didn’t seem to care much about it There was no breakfast offered
Fair Comfort of beds, cleanliness (sheets had rips and stains), doors had marks and there were marks on the walls, bed was loud, WiFi did not work after asking lobby receptionist to fix, fridge was not cold, toilet ran loudly after flushing, no body wash. Easy check in, location and access to pool.
In need of Upgrades There was loud gardening throughout the whole day near and around the pool. The rooms are in need of upgrades. Falling toilet seat lids, shower handles and wallpaper looks in need of TLC. The property itself is great and hanging out by the pool is nice. The pool and the theme.
I suggest to have clients sign a notice of respecting sleep hours 10pm-10am The side neighbors were drinking and blasted loud music all night. No one came to control this situation until 2pm someone ask them to turn off music. But the people still bang on the walls and talked very loud. Room was clean, AC working well. Housekeeping attentive.
Very Poor The fan almost fell down when I went to turn the fan on ceiling fan.. hole in my bedspread.. deadbolt did not work.. I have stayed here a few times this was the worst room I've ever had.. called front desk to speak to them about it they never answered the phone I left a message they never got back to me.. Pool, and the reefs food.. good service by the pool for drinks and food..
Overall it was nice No elevator and it was hard to walk the stairs due to bad knees and no Lower level rooms available Everything was nice e except we had a non smoking room and smelled about Like smoke
