Very bad 100 degrees and the air conditioner didn’t work. Neither did the phone. Left after one night Nothing
Place is in terrible need of some TLC. Carpet was filthy. WiFi stopped working. Water was cold in the morning. No hot water. Couldn’t shower. Not enough chairs for the amount of people that were there. Not enough staff in the restaurant. They seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. Location , the Hawaiian vibe.
The motel is ok but not a hotel, needs TLC. Room needs an upgrade, bathroom and sink is old. Beds were not two QUEENS!!! More like full size The pool was very nice !!!
Disappointing
Spring Break Not so much about the property and more so about the demographic of the property. We wanted a hotel geared towards young adults and that has probably been limited due to Covid. Also the hot tub, was the pool temperature but with jets. I enjoyed how close it was to the strip in Palm Springs. The hotel was great. Had a very cute aesthetic but again, if you want a younger crowd to mingle with, this is not it. But regardless, everyone was really friendly and family oriented and everything was clean.
Poor Property seemed understaffed. Definitely a family friendly hotel. Checked into room with lots of carpet stains, had to wear shoes in room. Pillows and bed not that comfortable. When visiting again I will book somewhere else, but a cute hotel for a first visit if you don’t mind too many kids running around. Location was good, cute theme. Nice grassy area to sit outside to avoid the over crowded pool and hot tub.
Bad The room smelled musty. Speaker mounted outside my room played music continuously so no quiet places in the resort. I noticed a piece of cloth on the bathroom shower drain. Wiped it off with a tissue and a 2 foot stand of GOO covered HAIR came up with it. Totally disgusting.! We didn’t even sit down in the room other than use the restroom. No amenities Our first room smelled bad and we changed to another room. There was a lot of partying our neighbors partied until two in the morning with the door open we had to call the front desk to shut it down. The restaurant and bar overtakes the pool and made it uninviting to actually hang out at the pool. Jacuzzi was small and completely overfilled with people View and location
