Bad No water from 8-10am. Nobody opened front desk before the water came back on at 10:17am. No hot water. They should be embarrassed how pourly they do business and try to avoid doing there job during this water shutdown. I feel I've been ripped off by you and this crappy place. Front desk wint even answer or open. Sad. Never use either service again. Thanks! Bar was okay
Exceptional Need new restaurant staff wish I could’ve had more drinks at the bar but staff was so rude didn’t go back to them

Disappointing The bedding was very old, poor quality, thin, fraying and uncomfortable. The carpet had clearly not been replaced in decades, there were hooks falling off the walls, large gaps around the doors and signs warning about bugs, the room was dark and musty, the music was extremely loud and had frequent commercials. The pool was nice, good wifi, the bar happy hour was reasonably priced, staff were friendly.
Needs to be renovated When arriving at Caliente the parking lot was extremely dirty. When cleaned they blew all of the dirt over my newly washed vehicle. Floors in the room were concrete. The shower on and off handle worked so hard that you thought you would be pulling it out of the wall to make it work. If you like soft pillows, bring your own. I have enjoyed worst accommodations, however, at a much lesser expense. Disappointed! Nice size pool
Fair The rooms were dingy. The front desk was not very friendly or accommodating. I don’t think we will be staying here again. The price was way too high and the hotel was just mediocre and didn’t feel clean. Would not recommend. The tiki bar was fun.
It’s lost it’s charm... I’ve stayed here at least 12 times thru the last 10 years..it’s gotten worse after each stay..this Easter weekend half the guest didn’t have hot water..yes basic hot water..for 2-3 days no less..the a/c unit was making crazy loud noises all night,the bathroom seat wasn’t bolted down and the shower control wasn’t bolted down and after guessing how to control the water temperature...the pool area was littered with beer bottles and trash..you would think with a year to do basic maintenance would be somet... read more
