Poorly managed The noise level is awful. 6 people gathered in next room and it was as if they were in our room. Went on until after 2:00 am Hot water
It's a toss up The room was clean but needed to be updated. The bathroom had peeling paint, the towel ring over the sink was not secured, curtains came off the rod when adjusted and sheer curtains ended up on the floor,, the door to the small closet was broken, the drawers looked as if they had water damage at the bottom and I killed a baby roach in the bathroom but didn't see anything else after that. Underwhelming Cleanliness was questionable. The condition of the room was poor; old furniture jammed together, painted cement floors with peeling spots, hot water was non existent and only thin blanket on bed no extras provided. The pool was great
Very nice staff and aesthetic, but hotel felt like it was under construction. TV's did not work, and we had a cable guy knocking on our door at 10pm. Several of the outlets were loose, and one sparked when I tried to plug a phone charger into it, so we had to unplug the tv and everything from that outlet as it felt like a fire hazard Pool was nice, dog park was very nice. Staff were friendly.
Not a good place if you want a clean place to stay Overall cleanness of the place was not good. The heater/air conditioner vent had mold, shower head was rusted and full of white water residue, found a bug in the bathroom floor and the bathroom smelled like pee. Maybe it was because of the dirty shower head, after my shower last night, my skin has been itchy and have rashes. My daughter also complained of itchiness on her skin all over her body. Fair The carpet needed to be replaced and the upkeep ...like the repainting of doors was really poorly done. Needs a face lift. The linens were clean and newish. The pool area was very nice.
Fair Very loud neighbors party til 2:00 in the morning ,, Clearly staff does not ask them to quiet down. Other neighbor kept TV on all night long could not Get them to wake up,, With lack of sleep we Left A-day early. Pool area was great plus side was having the restaurant on site great food !!
Good weekend overall first time in Palm Springs Restaurant service was told first night no room for us. No hot water had to switch rooms nice they upgraded us. Location, pool, grass area for workout, street parking
The location was great the night swimming was nice , clean rooms but no fan it wasn’t working and no hot water to shower The Fan did not work there was no hot water to shower we took cold showers . The pool swimming at night.
