30 min oil change turned into 4 hours Don't both make an appointment for an oil change, it doesn't make it happen any faster. 4 hours and 15 minutes later, the truck is finally done. Just an oil change. This is unacceptable. There were a few recalls that they said they would fix but after over 4 hours of waiting and nothing got done, it was time to leave. When asked why make an appointment if it is going to take 4 hours, the response was, "The only reason for the appointment is to ensure it will be done that day." This is a ... read more

Joke of a dealership This dealership is a complete joke. I've been trying to buy a new Explorer from these guys for two days. The new car Sales Manager is worthless. His name is Ruben, if you ever have the pleasure of dealing with this guy. I reached out to Herb, who supposedly runs the dealership. He had an attitude with me the minute I called. He asked me what I wanted him to do about it. Wow! I'd love to know how this place makes any money. Take your business anywhere but Camelback Ford.

Calling they're service a joke would be a compliment!! Pulled in into service and was not greeted at all, after waiting, I walked in & was ask Imediately, " Do you have an appointment" . The service manager said they wouldn't be able to see my car, which is under warranty, " For a week or so" went to Bell Ford and they helped me Imediately. Camelback Fords reputation proceeds itself, ITS A JOKE!!

Sleazy tactics and will treat you poorly After I had already been to Camelback Ford Lincoln, I decided to go back to drive a car a second time with plans to buy it. I confirmed twice it would be ready for me to test drive before I drove all the way out there. When I got there I was treated horribly and eventually told they "Lost" the car. Later the GM Herb emailed me and said he wanted to work with me and would give me better numbers than I had been offered the first time I was there. He gave me the exact same offer! Then he... read more

Run, don't walk, run!! Charges for things they don't install I recommend staying clear of this dealer. Salesman (Robert Kirkwood and Preston) and finance person were nice, but person they bring in to try and negotiate trade-in was not very friendly. You can tell she hates her job and honestly who wouldn't. Ok, moving on they force fees on you for window tinting, wheel locks, door edge guards, and some auto carwash/wax every 6 months for 3 years. Window tint is the cheap useless window tint unless your goal is for privacy and... read more

Stay Far Away Service department doesn't get much right. They have difficulty doing oil changes properly. On multiple occasions I've asked them to fish missing parts of my car from their car wash. When I asked them if they can replace the trim pieces at my expense, they instead superglued the trim pieces back on. Oil change light comes on within a few hundred miles of having oil changes done here. I've had an experience where my engine cover was left on my passenger seat. When I asked for a tech to put the cover back on the ... read more

I was cheated. The service manager says they had a change in ownership, and the service contract I purchased for thousands only covered major failures, like a blown engine. I was originally told it covered routine maintenance for 6 years or 100,000 miles. He said the people who sold that policy misrepresented it, but the (supposed) new owners will not honor what I was told. As a result, 30,000 maintenance cost $600. Don't buy there.

Buyer Beware/Highway Robbery You too can buy a $10,000 used car and drive out of the dealership being charged $15,000-tax, license, registration, and gap insurance. That's 50% more than purchase. So someone is making out like a bandit. Just a $28,800 payout over six years. Did I mention the 28% interest rate? This is usuary. .
