I will definitely not be coming back to this dealer. My recent experience here resulted in purchasing a car I was not happy or comfortable with due to physical pain with my left ankle. I felt pressured into keeping the car which has a manual transmission despite my expression for a vehicle with automatic. Before the deal was finalized, I was promised that they would work on getting me into another vehicle with automatic transmission, but instead they have been uncooperative and unhelpful.
As it is their job to be friendly, they were. The price of the vehicle was as expected. Every other portion of the buying experience ranked low in my experience. I was there for around 5 hours. I was initially turned down for the first car I applied for, under the circumstance that my current motorcycle loan be paid off (I was unable to afford the bike and car at the same time). I received a call from a new sales person going through services records wanting to see if I was interested in a vehicle purchase. I had been so I decided to go, I wish that I had read the warnings posted here prior to wasting so much of my time. Came in to look at a lower priced vehicle to fit my budget. Superman took me to the perfect car. After the test drive he got me a monthly payment that fit my budget. I was in and out in under two hours, that is some super service! I will come back to Michael for all my vehicle needs. He told me to call him first for anything or with any questions that may come up. I went in to buy a nice used truck. Instead, some headache of a mircle happend that I drove off the lot with 2 vehicles that at the time thought would help out. Then once we went to fiancing that is where most of the sales and dealership people true colors came out. I received the jackel and hyde treatment. I was sold a lemon. I tried to get the dealership to pay for or reimburse my repairs. I was promised that would happen by Jordan and other staff. After many weeks of getting the run-around, I was finally told that I will not get anything reimbursed. There is still a fault light on. I stalled after driving at 75mph.
