The Worst The worst. Purchase of a 2014 Ford Transit for our business. Spend two days emailing sales woman, agreed to a price, credit application approved, loan terms agreed upon, etc., etc. Told them I would be there at 3pm on Saturday. When I showed up, tried to get me to sign some docs before even seeing the car. I asked to see the car and she then went to bring it up to the front. Unpleasant This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had so far when buying a car. The salesperson was amazing however, the finance guy and one of the managers proceeded to play "good cop/bad cop" in order to secure the sale. From my understanding they also circumvented a finance stipulation needed to secure financing from a lender. Overall the experience was pretty miserable, go across the street to Honda instead. Can't get salesperson on phone Found a vehicle was highly interested in online. Talked to 3 different sales folks in one day and told them the price I was comfortable with and was unable to make it work. After talking with my wife about it that night we decided we could pay a little more. Buyer Be Prepared So here is the deal with Camelback Ford. I found a 2016 Ford Fiesta ST listed on their website for $20,479. Now this is a good deal. The car lists for 22,400. Camelback Ford was advertising a savings of $1,421 plus a Ford rebate of $500. I send in one of those “Trade Value” requests via their website. It comes in at $17,475. The worst They sold me a used mustang then after I signed and took it home they call me back to sign the car fax and found out it was crashed. They would call me every month to trade it in, then I take someone to buy a new 2015 mustang I didn't even get the referral money I am still fighting for it going on 6 months now.
Liers and do not care about their customers stay away! Bought a used car and next day broke down.. Left me stranded.. They said they would send a tow truck but kept me waiting for hours.. Finally got to the dealership and come to find out another couple just had their car towed their on their own due to the fact the car they bought the night before broke down as well.. LIED TO Bought a 2014 Ford Focus, the salesman told me it was a 2015 at first. I didn't find out it was a 2014 until I bought insurance for it and gave them a VIN number. The finance manager, Molly, was trying to negotiate getting me 0 down on the phone, like I was told I qualified for. I could tell the deal wasn't for sure, so when I questioned her she said, "It's absolutely a done deal." A week later I am called back in and told I need to put $500 down or give the car back. Service Department overcharges on parts I just happen to call the parts department to check on what a part was on my recent service bill. To my surprise, I found out that the service department had charged be 28% more for the part than if I have bought it over the counter. It's already ridiculous how much they charge for parts (usually a 300% markup) without having to find out they gouged when they did the service. VERY BAD SERVICE! Very bad service! Yesterday I called Camelback Ford looking for a used car they had in their Auto Trader ad. The person I talked to was one of their managers Dennis Segatto. Mr Sagatto lied to me by telling me the car was still in inventory when it was sold two days before. He invited me to come down and see the car, knowing all along the car was sold.
