Walking into this dealership one can almost hear the phrase 'Let the Games Begin' announced over the speaker system. After receiving an affirmative response to a simple email identifying the vehicle being sought, expected trade-in value and maximum affordable purchase price, I arrived at the dealership expecting to have my trade-in appraised and to discuss the next steps for completing the purchase. My sales guy Adam Sokeland was an awesome guy he treated me like family. I enjoyed the Test drive experience. I test drove 3 vehicles until i found the one i had to have. i would definately recommend Camelback ford to my family and friends.
Deceived by Scott to lure us into the showroom only to be made a fool of. Scott was only playing a game for his amusement.
Go somewhere else for service!!! Unless of course you want them to keep your car for days, tell you it is fixed... then you pick it up and NOTHING is fixed. Over and Over and Over. There is no communication. They are nice and seem helpful, but NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED. The owner talked to me after all the problems...and said he would fix things, gave me his cell but when i called he didn't return my message. It is like Ground Hog Day dealing with them, you just keep coming back and coming back with the same crummy outcome.
Sales associate very attentive from moment I appeared on the lot. Spent time determing my actual need before trying to sell me something. Although I arrived with financing already arranged from USAA, introduced me to the proper person to look at alternatives. Sales Person, Manager and Finance rep all professional. I did not like the high pressure finance person. I was also incorrect information on transferring title to the vehicle. My salesperson was great though.
Let's see, where do I start? My wife and I were looking to get into a larger vehicle for my family of five, and we wanted to trade in her 2003 mazda 6. I had an idea I might have to trade in my 2008 Kia Rio LX(manual), because I had more equity built up in that vehicle than she did in her mazda. This was the absolute worst experience buying a used car that I have ever had. Gabe was my salesman and flat out lied to me. My trade wasn't enough to cover what I owed on my car. I asked Gabe at least 5 times what was going to happen with the difference. He responded each time that the dealership was going to take care of it. Horrible, I Went in there about 2 weeks ago to look at a 2001 cobra that i saw them advertising online. I called before i went in and they said they still had the car and to come by and look at it. When i got there they started telling me that they couldnt sell the car because it didnt have catalytic converters on it and it wasnt street legal, so they started trying to sell me something completely different that i didnt even want.
