I went into Camelback Ford with the intention to trade in my 2006 F-150 Lariat for a 2011 or 2012 F-150 Lariat. After initial negotiations I left because they couldn’t get the price to where I needed it. It was a bad interaction do to the fact I was called on my cell by a sales associate the night before and was told that they weren’t letting deals walk out the door. I wonder how a place can stay in business with such terrible business practices. I went in to see a car that was advertised on line and it was not there and the employee could not find it. So then Matt, internet sales manager e-mails me and says that it is available and that he could see it sitting in the lot. I explained to him via e-mail that it was not the correct car. I had a pleasurable experience working with Camelback Ford/Lincoln. I purchased a new 2012 MKZ Hybrid in January 2012. Josh went out of his way to explain all the details/functions of the MKZ and really listened to my needs as a customer. I bought the car late at night so the detailers had left for the evening. Josh went out of his way to pick up my new car from my place of employment the next day to have it detailed and also filled the gas tank. THese guys have no problem selling broken unsafe vehicles and then ignoring customers in the hopes they will just go away. They will lie to customers, each other, Attorney General, warranty companies, it does not matter they will lie and ignore or whatever it takes to protect themselves and assume no responsibility for their actions. I would not buy a vehicle from them or even suggest that they are somewhat of a reputable car dealer, they are not! The used cars at this dealership are all beat up....cosmetic and paint damage, dirty damaged interior, trash and loose parts, squeaky brakes, a/c not working....and they want more for their used cars than other dealerships with higher quality stock. Plus, the salesmen are disorganized- kept us waiting 10 minutes to find the keys to a vehicle, then when we did not like the vehicle, would not give us our personal vehicle ID info sheet back so we could leave...they kept wasting time trying to haggle with us and hold us hostage.... read more

Matt sold me a car with hail damage.. Then tried to sell me anther one.. Sold my trade befor the bank approved my deAl.. Nobody would give me the managers name then finally matt spells his guts, Jason Kaminski hes the biggest gerk of them all!! Matt as part jason sales staff is scard of Jason!! I Am taking camelback for to court and I will never ever buy a car from them again!! Buyer beware!!!

These guys sold me a car that is unsafe to drive (broken front struts and motor mounts) citing the Arizona Lemon Law 15 Day/500 Mile warranty as reason for me to not worry about any needed repairs because any needed repairs would be taken care of under this law. 48 hours later, informing the sales rep, finance guy, sales manager and service tech of the needed repairs they all said OH Yeah, not to worry those repairs will be taken care of, schedule an appointment with our service department and just bring your car back.
