I initially came into contact with Camelback Ford when I answered an internet ad for a preowned Lexus RX300. My intitial contact was with an internet sales rep named Jessica Savage. She called me as a routine follow up to my internet ad input. I asked her if the vehicle in which I was interested was in stock, a 203 Lexus RX300. She told me that it was. Saw a 2005 Ford Focus online advertized @ $3994. When I got to the dealership, they didn't know if they had it. then they wanted all my contact info just to tell me if the car was there or not. When they found the car and I was walking out to look at it they informed me of the "safety Inspection" that needed to be done. The price of the inspection $ 1800.00. I recently bought a car from you about a month ago; there were a couple things that were wrong with it that you agreed to fix once the car was financed. These were aesthetic fixes but important because it was with the back seat trunk release valves with the car. There was no “WE PAY” agreement that was written up because everyone from ELI, JOHN PHAN, JORDAN (the used sales manager) told me that it would be taken care of once the car was financed. Recently I purchased a new 2012 Ford Mustang. I love the car but have had serious problems with Ford’s customer service after the purchase. I live in Washington State and the Mustang I wanted was not available. I had to purchase my car in Phoenix, Arizona. I arrived by plane near closing time, purchased my car and drove home. Came in on feb 4th to order a new vehicle. After 3 months, no vehicle, no idea when it will arrive, or any other information. They would never give me a straight answer about the order when I inquired. I have now been sitting at the dealership for an hour and half, for a manager. Reception has paged them three times, with me informing her that I was here to cancel my order. It does not sound like they care, that I do not want to purchase a vehicle from them after all. Don't go there. That place is absurd. They advertised a price online. When I contacted them they lured me in promising additional $750 off. When I showed up and looked at the vehicle we started the paperwork. They tried to have me sign loan documents for a price 2k over what was advertised. I showed them an email they sent me as well as their interned pricing. They came down on the price but still were higher then their offer via email. I still agreed. Worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. Temp License plates expired and I can not drive my vehicle. Called multiple times and no one will return a call or help me. Finally had to go into store and waiting still

Dont go there! Read the other reviews on the internet, including the ones they are trying to hide. Dont go there. They will sell you a broken car that is unsafe to drive and then lie about what they did. They will not stand behind their product, their employees, their warranty and definately not their customers. They do not care about anything except making a buck. Will treat you like royalty to get deal. Once they have deal you become dirt and they do not care about customers. Please run the other way.
