Ricky, service advisor was very helpful and detailed with explaining.
Sofia is amazing! The waiting lounge is clean and my car always comes back in great condition.
They took care of everything. I'm not sure if I like their new restrictions on the Lyft ride amount. Otherwise, the staff was great.
Service was to repair a fault noticed while test driving and purchasing the car. Parts were ordered and service was rendered about 3 weeks later. The repair was successful and in a timely duration!

everything was fine. got there early and checked in by Ricky. went to lounge area made cup of coffee, read my book. Work done sooner than expected. the oil change, inspection and tire rotation went fine.....no issues and the work was free from Hyundai. got home and noticed two tire air caps missing. I have those shinny nice metal ones with an N0 on top. so very next day i was going to gym the hyundai dealer in on the way and showed Ricky. he gave me and put on 4 plastic black ones.I rather have the shinny metal ones like the... read more
