Iain knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Waiting area clean with spacious feel; coffee, tea and snacks available but tucked away and that area very clean. Personnel who walked through the area while I was waiting unfailingly pleasant. big screen tv a soothing visual for anyone who didnt read or scroll on devices. This was the first time I'd brought a laptop and used the seating area and counter provided. Surface was clean and space between each plug in station just right.
