I had the service booked for a Saturday 8am, I then received an email on the Friday at 7:30pm saying it was now scheduled for 11:30am. Incredibly frustrating since I'd arranged childcare so I could take the car up and wait for it, and to add insult to injury the email made it sound like I'd rescheduled it myself! Because they are always very thorough with checking out the car. If they have to keep the car they offer you a loaner car. They're very polite very helpful very explanatory when it comes to what needs to be repaired on your car with pictures and videos which I think is great. A lot of reason dealers don't do that. I would highly recommend Camelback Subaru for service.

Service Avidir Chris Parker did a great job. He got car delivered as promised; highlighted an additional service vehicle might need. Provided cost. Explained it But let me make decision. Very professional. He will be my go to person in future transactions.

The service representatives are always attentive. If Iian is busy with another customer, someone always jumps in to assist. Since my car would be kept for the day, I was immediately offered a loaner so I could do my other errands. My service was completed when promised.
