I appreciate the ability to schedule appointments on-line for service and the Advisors are all professional and courteous. The only comment I have, while I was informed of the service time, was the duration to resolve an "Engine" light. Fortunately, it was just an old battery that needed replacement. I have to also take into consideration that other vehicles were ahead of me in the schedule.

Good service on the vehicle , but was told I was getting a different package , not the 40K mileage one. Service was not the same as I was told and that shouldn't happen

I don't think the service is as good as it was in Surprise. The car wasn't returned clean - it took longer than expected and the lounge isn't as nice and as stocked.
