Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable. My car is less than a year old, Alex identified the issue and ordered the required part under the warranty.

I was not happy with the fact my carpet was not put together in the back passenger side the way it was before the mechanic touch my car.

I went in to get my car serviced, and Alexander went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was attentive, kind, personable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me rather than just getting me out the door. He did everything within his control to make sure I was taken care of. 5 stars
