Ian is AMAZING!! I brought my car for ZakTek and I just do not understand why it was so much money and you cannot opt out. It is just a spray protection applied by hand ( which is not what they said initially by salespeople). brought my car in washed and cleaned got my car back with scratches that WERE NOT THEIR WHEN DROPPED OFF. I just want folks who handle my car at anytime to care for it they way I do. I brought the head service guy out to show him the scratches but of course he was useless.

Brought it in for an oil change and it took way too long. The communication was also poor. 2.5 hours for an oil change and was told my filter would be changed but had no clue if it actually was because they never called me back after I wanted to confirm because the communication while there was so poor.

Service took a long time and not all items I needed checked were checked due to timing.

The service rep did the car walk around without me and then told me there were a few small scratches and a chip on the windshield (a prior repair, actually). He didnt show me the report but it was apparently under the work order and I signed both thinking it was part of the work order. When the work was done, I walked out to my car and saw a huge scrape on the rear bumper that I was sure wasnt there previously. Huge lack of communication and follow through from service advisor. I drive from Queencreek to have my car serviced at Camelback because their service is superior.....usually. This visit was all kinds of awful, super disappointing and a waste of my time!

no inspection was done and took all day to just change the oil and rotate the tires.

They had the car 2 days and did absolutely nothing. I immeditely took the car to N. Scottsdale VW and they completed all the required work in 3 hours....including a car wash. I am done with Camelback. Due to the failure of the Camelback VW service department I immediately moved my 2023 ID.4 Pro S plus order to N. Scottsdale VW. If a service department does nothing with a simple repair for 2 days they won't ever see my new ID.4. Shame.....

Told me I need new breaks my car doesnt even have 10,000 miles on it
