Stay far away from this place. We purchased a used Jeep, (2016 25k miles) we were sold an extended warranty that doesn't cover the part that broke. well that's just awesome.. They will not help you, just basically say it's your fault that's what you bought. Nice customer service, will steer everyone away from this place!

DON'T DO IT I went into Camelback VW on Saturday April 6, 2019. After almost 3 hours spent with Ricardo; my salesman, I was thrilled because I drove off the lot with a 2016 Tiguan. Contract and all, with no idea that I wasn't actually going to get to keep the car. Fast forward six days. I only put one star because I can't select 0! I have to say I have been to quite a few dealerships in my time and this has to be the absolute worst and the female manager I believe a general manager need to get a lesson on customer service! I have to say if you want a amazing dealership go to Larry h Miller there service was perfect and they don't talk down to people that are trying to buy a car!

I took a couple of weeks to process my other experience with this place. DO NOT buy the extended warranty; these people say anything and the warranty is added to the principal of the loan. You can not cancel it, contrary to what you are told. They are rude, unprofessional, and are unaware of the meaning of customer service. I would give this place a zero star review.

So This is Why People Use Carmax! So I reached out to this dealership interested in a 2015 VW Touareg with an internet price of $25,665. I get in contact with the salesman Carter who won't even give me an "out the door" price until I complete a form for financing approval. He comes back with an "out the door" price of $31,355. If you don't want to be ripped off , stay away from this dealership. They do false promises on phone to get you in the dealership and start psychological games. So don't fall into the trap. All I can say is Stay Away!

Avoid this place! I authorized a $1000 refundable deposit to hold a price on a VW Atlas only to find they charged $3000. WHAT!!! That's illegal. Then when I tried to recover the deposit, I couldn't get a response from the Sales Director, his initials DM, multiple emails and voice message. It took over 3 weeks, having to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the $1000, oh wait, $3000 deposit back. A complete waste of my time. Not to be trusted.

HORRIBLE experience ever!!!! They used the old bait car and switch, believe it or not. They're dishonest and unprofessional. Do not go there unless you want to get ripped off.

1. Customer service since purchasing 2004 BMW 530i on May 27, 2018. Customer service made my car worse, twice. I brought in my car for a one-time free oil change on Nov 18, 2018. The oil change light had come on. There were other alerts flashing, including a flat tire light warning. Camelback Volkswagen changed the oil and made the situation worse.
