Exceptional Customer Service from start to finish! Todd Hayes and Kyle Schutte completely handled my situation. My Subaru Forester was inoperable, I was on a long distance driving trip and home was in California. Both Todd and Kyle saw to it that my car was repaired within 5 days ..(engine was still under Warranty) and they had my auto shipped back to me in California with no up front out of pocket costs, with the exception of one night local hotel stay and rental car back in Los Angeles. This was a great experience for me on Mother's Day. The sales personal and the management staff were great. They worked hard to make sure we were able to drive off with a great car at a price we could afford. I eould recommend this dealdhip to all my family and friends.

Great people and wonderful experience. The staff was great and my salesman, Nygil Newborn, was the most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever bought a car from. Best Dealership and Salesman I've Ever Dealt With Bought a 2015 STI from Thomas Darby. Very professional, very knlwledgable, extremely helpful. Everybody there were fantastic as well. I've dealt with the service department twice since I bought the car over very minor things that were fixed very quickly under warranty. Great service. Great people. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall was positive Nygil, Dan and Ms. Kyl were stands out in the process of purchasing the vehicle. They were very knowledgable and kind. Nygil in particular went above and beyond to familiarize me with the vehicle purchase including its many technologies. He even visited my home to trouble shoot an issue with the car. Ms. Kyl provided a very helpful test drive and had a very non-pressured approach.
