Tom Darby Made Our Purchasing Experience a Pleasure My wife and I wanted to buy an Outback through Costco. We made an inquiry through that site and Mr. Darby responded immediately. We met him at the dealership and ordered a car the same day. Mr. Darby made the entire experience a pleasure. He was knowledgable, well informed, and friendly. If I'm in the market for another Subaru (or Mazda), I would call Mr. Darby first.

Thomas Darby I had a very professional experience with Tom Darby at Camelback Subaru. I had requested he arrange three different cars for test drives. When I arrive at 9:15 am, all cars were ready for the test drives. Once I decided on the Subaru Outback, we sat down and discussed price. Tom Darby went the extra mile I had a great experience with Tom at Camelback Mazda. I moved to Phoenix without a vehicle, and I thought I was going to have to take a cab to the dealership. But he offered to pick me up from the airport in my brand new Mazda3, which I would purchase later that afternoon......I also got a great deal on the car. Epitome of customer service! Erik and the staff at Camelback Volkswagen made purchasing a car a pleasant experience! I purchaded a used 2014 subaru impreza less thsn 1 year ago. Since thst time, Have had to fully reolace air conditioner main control panel Camelback Subaru said it was used car and would not hep me! This dealership sold me a used car with a rebuilt title without telling me. This information was clearly listed in the government title registery (NMVTIS), which the dealership failed to identify until I went to sell the car 3 years later. To make matters worse, when I called them to try to resolve the situation, the used car manager took no responsibility for his actions, continuously interrupting me, talking over me, and gaslighting me. This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had in my life. I want to start by saying I have given the dealership over a month now to respond to texts and calls. Dejon Yarbrough initially was helpful and has now become non-responsive. I purchased my 2025 Outback Wilderness in Chicago in February and relocated here to Phoenix. I brought my car in for the first 6,000 scheduled maintenance. Yikes! ! This dealership is unprofessional at best and a total nightmare to do business with 😱👎. I recently purchased a used vehicle from them in March 2024, and they totally messed up delivery 🤦‍♀️. I'm so angry. They caused damage to my vehicle during a storm and didn't even tell me! 😡 The delivery drivers damaged their own vehicle too, and they only offered to zip tie mine back together?! 🤯 I paid them over $17k! Do not recommend, the dealership tries to high ball you and insult your intelligence! Go to another Subaru dealership!
