After purchasing some investment properties in Horizon at Clebration pointe. I was frustrated with the process of getting my tenants approved the ball was dropped for weeks. Then Herma took over the files at the onset of the holidays and handled everything with the greatest professionalism and speed to help me and my tenants. I can’t say enough about her attention to details and her due diligence in helping me resolve everything I needed.
