PJ has been acting as our Manager for the past month. He led our last Board meeting which contained several challenging issues. He did so with diplomacy and professionalism. An outstanding job.

Based upon my dealings as President of Condo II at Sea Oats, Mellissa was very diligent in following my instructions and the follow-up on outstanding issues to completion were exemplary.
I just would like to say that we have just moved into the Herizon celebration pointe townhouse community by Lennar homes I’ve had a great experience with Karey our property manager she’s answered so many questions and also directed me on how to get a coupon book or if I would like to do anything else and also other questions that I had her service is be on the top!!!
I have been working with our new LCAM Mellissa Vought since September. She has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to familiarize herself with our community. It is my hope that we have a long-term relationship with Mellissa because I feel she is a good fit for our community!
Karey is a good manager. I attend all the board meetings and she has really improved our community in the past year.
