They don't do anything for our Condo Community, they do whatever the board tells them to do legal or not. They do not post contracts and do not respond to legally produced documents in violation of Florida State Law. It is all about us paying for something not delivered. Our landscapers are the worst possible and yet we continue with them.

Christopher Platt appears to be one of a very small number of people in management that care about what they are doing. He always responds to my emails and always has a fix to my problem or concern. I only wish there was a way he could help me with my landscaping issues. I've been lied to about being on a list by the manager of my condo (1) for over a year. They never return phone calls. They push you from person to person with no support. So disappointing and unhelpful

This management company is the worst! They have targeted us, bullied us and I highly suggest staying away from any building they manage.. especially Marina Grande in Boynton Beach fl
