Have contacted numerous times in regards to gates not working properly. I pay an HOA every month and can’t properly get anyone through the guest side. Diana Rodriguez has resolved nothing except being nasty and wasting residwnts’ time. Can’t get in with my own gate code. Security guards laugh at it. Even they know she does nothing. Campbell Property is robbing residents having them pay for services/amenities that are not being provided.
Our experience with Campbell Property Management—specifically Nicole Sosa—has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. My mother-in-law applied to an association and was initially denied for reasons that weren’t even clearly stated in the by-laws. They are the worse. Their property managers are cymbal bashing monkeys, while they cannot accurately do an auto draft, as they literally just took 598 dollars from me when I don’t have a quarterly fee due until January….. absolutely a clown show
The most unprofessional company I have ever experienced. Their client service is below par. Members of their staff should not be in positions of dealing with clients.
