The staff here was friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. Our check-in was lengthy and unorganized. It seems that they are using an older system and at times are understaffed. A housekeeping employee was helping at checkin and she clearly was not trained to do so., resulting in a lineup and long wait. We had no room service during our 4 days, our coffee was never replenished, and trash not emptied. The bed and linens were comfortable, but some of the towels need to be retired. Honeymoon vacation We came here for a few nights stay in part of our honeymoon vacation trip. I would like to say the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Management wise not so nice. We checked in an hour early and originally requested a high floor. We figured coming in early should have options being a first come first serve hotel that we were told. We didn't understand how room service worked and didn't have anyone come near our room the whole week we were there except to drop off toilet paper that we asked for. However the hotel colleagues were super friendly, helpful, the rooms are well worth the money! The hotel is a stones throw away from times Square, surroundes by places to eat. I'd recommend it and I'd stay again.
Nice enough hotel, noise from street is LOUD despite my request for a high floor. Very convenient location, and staff were lovely.
