Tv didn’t work, changed rooms some channels worked. No coffee in room , no daily room cleaning but front desk was very nice
Hot & Dark So the air conditioner…. It got hot. I reported it to the front desk they repeated my concern- to someone who flipped the breaker and cut off most of the electricity in the room. I call back - 1st x no answer. 2nd time they said they couldn’t find anyone to help. Lies. So the room did get Cooler but my personal fan I needs for white noise did not work and I was in the dark 😢 but on a brighter note there was free washer and dryers, but only 2 of 5 dryers worked.
Clean room and friendly staff, would definitely return next year

Elevator didn’t work. Room key card didn’t open the door . No ICE!!!! No maid service for my 5 day stay. No tv channels
Location is great. Very central to theaters, dining, port authority and Penn Station.

Would stay again Location is great. Room is like a little apartment. Kitchen- very nice, big fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave. Bed - comfy.
It was a really good stay. Room was size and bed was really nice.
