Very nice staff! Good location for MSG! However, the room smelled awful. Swampy.The bathroom door didn't shut properly, likely because the humidity in the room expanded the wood. Had it not been for the smell and a slightly outdated bathroom, the room would have been fine.
Not a fan I’ve seen some pretty good reviews so I booked with confidence however, my room had a huge roach in there, the blankets had residue from previous guests, the air blowing from the ac smelt off. About $1k down the drain! Pretty disappointed overall. The people at the front desk were always kind atleast.

Different Hotel stay experience They gave us a disability room( which we didn’t ask for a roll in shower had to use large towel to catch water on floor ( a large mess) of bathroom, no house cleaning while we were there for 3 nights, cooler in convince store wasn’t full( no water or 20 oz bottle of pop) as seen on ad , Landry room not all washers or dryers worked ( front desk couldn’t leave their seat to help until another person came on) lack of help. The toilet didn't flush correctly all the time although I called the front desk and two engineers came to try to fix it for three times. The only two washing machines were working and were occupied with other customers at any time. Free coffee on the 1st floor was not ready some times.
The ladies at the front desk are fantastic. Iced tea. However, they have unfair practices. Also, half of the laundry units dont work. Shady with pricing.
