Incapable of practicing the art of medicine. Lacks creative problem solving skills. Also, when my appt was the last of the day, and no one before me for hours, had the secretary call to ask if i could come early. When i said i could not, the secretary called 5 minutes later to cancel the appt. Extremely unprofessional. I would have been charged for the appt if i did that to him.
Dr. Finkel did my colonoscopy several months ago and it was not a great experience. I recovered without complications. However, in the recovery area, he seemed annoyed with me that abdominal adhesions made the procedure more challenging than usual and it took longer than he’d expected. I had of course answered all questions about my surgical history accurately on my intake forms, so I wonder whether anyone bothered to review or think carefully about that information. Felt rushed during appointments and treatments, and did not receive comprehensive treatment or information. Not pleasant interactions. Took forever to get information or appointments.

For 15 yrs he dismissed my daily pain. I explained it to him over and over. I finally found a specialist in 2022 who is listening. So far he’s found extraordinarily high levels of bacteria and a motility issue. Harsh, rough antibiotic treatment so far. Dr Gloqer’s deaf ear has exacerbated my issues. I have a long road ahead to undo/correct things. My life has been turned upside down; 15 yrs I’ll never get back.

Very bad experience during colonoscopy Nov 2021 . Fell when getting dressed after procedure. Staff should have realized I wasn’t ready and should not have been directed me to get dressed when ready and without assistance. I’m elderly. Went to emergency care across street where the intake was a horror show. Neither Dr Chasen nor his staff ever contacted to see how I was doing next day. My biggest complaint is Dr. Zhang does not listen to your problems. She also is not prepared for your visit and thus rushes through your visit. I found she orders all kinds of tests and does not communicate the results. The bottom line is the communication between Dr and patient is poor. Since she does not listen her visits are a 15 minute lecture with her typing on the computer not paying attention. It is very frustrating and non productive.

I've been seeing this doctor for many years. I'm looking for another doctor. Dr O. may or may not be nice according to her mood on the day that you see her, and I've had enough. Doesn't want to listen, talks over the top of me when I talk. Is rude, arrogant and impatient. Rushes through the exam.
I was still sleepy/groggy when the doctor came in to review the procedure, but wasn't awake to comprehend or ask questions. That was poor form. This was at 1:40, following a 1pm colonoscopy. A nurse then tells me to keep my eyes open. I said -- I'm really tired, can I rest more? She said "two minutes.
