Very bad experience during colonoscopy Nov 2021 . Fell when getting dressed after procedure. Staff should have realized I wasn’t ready and should not have been directed me to get dressed when ready and without assistance. I’m elderly. Went to emergency care across street where the intake was a horror show. Neither Dr Chasen nor his staff ever contacted to see how I was doing next day. My biggest complaint is Dr. Zhang does not listen to your problems. She also is not prepared for your visit and thus rushes through your visit. I found she orders all kinds of tests and does not communicate the results. The bottom line is the communication between Dr and patient is poor. Since she does not listen her visits are a 15 minute lecture with her typing on the computer not paying attention. It is very frustrating and non productive.

I've been seeing this doctor for many years. I'm looking for another doctor. Dr O. may or may not be nice according to her mood on the day that you see her, and I've had enough. Doesn't want to listen, talks over the top of me when I talk. Is rude, arrogant and impatient. Rushes through the exam.
I was still sleepy/groggy when the doctor came in to review the procedure, but wasn't awake to comprehend or ask questions. That was poor form. This was at 1:40, following a 1pm colonoscopy. A nurse then tells me to keep my eyes open. I said -- I'm really tired, can I rest more? She said "two minutes. We need the bed."She came back and tried to rouse me again, and tried to get me to get up. I said I was too drowsy and dizzy and that I had to rest more. The doctor offered no ideas, opinions or attempted treatments of any kind, and did not try to help me with my crippling lifelong malabsorption. She ignored everything that I said, and got angry at me when I came back with the exact same problems on the second appointment. However, she did order a few relevant tests on the first appointment, which helped to rule out some possibilities. He did not attempt to help me with my extreme crippling lifelong malabsorption, offered no opinions or suggestions, did not listen to what I said. After asking the office manager for another gastroenterologist (unfortunately, they told me that I don't have the option of seeing a third one because of federal insurance limitations), I received an entirely meaningless, patronizing 20 minute phone lecture from the doctor, during which nothing was actually said, after which he decided, for the first time, to ask me what I wanted.... read more

Dismissive and didn’t listen to any of my statements regarding my issues. Spent thousands on needless tests and never diagnosed my condition. Forced to go to another GI where I was immediately correctly diagnosed.

Dr Koff leave me two months waiting for a new treatment that he was supposed to make a process with the insurance. I send three message messages asking when I could be starting and he didn’t answer any one I also called to the Clinic and no one return me. I called for my insurance and receive the notice that he didn’t request the medication. I never see nothing more irresponsible from one doctor in my life.
