Absolutely horrible experience! Would never recommend this doc EVER!!

Dismissive and didn’t listen to any of my statements regarding my issues. Spent thousands on needless tests and never diagnosed my condition. Forced to go to another GI where I was immediately correctly diagnosed.

Dr Koff leave me two months waiting for a new treatment that he was supposed to make a process with the insurance. I send three message messages asking when I could be starting and he didn’t answer any one I also called to the Clinic and no one return me. I called for my insurance and receive the notice that he didn’t request the medication. I never see nothing more irresponsible from one doctor in my life.
He seems knowledgeable in some regards, but can be a bit arrogant and not understanding of / compassionate to the patient as a whole individual. He misdiagnosed me and sent me down the wrong path, which can happen, but also disrespected me as a patient and a female.

Dr Jansen had said he would have FDA papers filed so I could get domperidone and never did. His office said too much liability. Don’t understand as I have the paper prescription from Dr Janson but needs paper work okayed by FDA. I can’t receive med .
Does not listen to her patients. Very rude and has awful bed side manner.

Said my condition was caused by stress so I was talking to my job about taking time off work. Then she changes her story and suddenly and decides my condition is not caused by stress. She just goes in whichever direction the wind blows.
