No regresaremos a este Distribuidor Creiamos que era una empresa seria hace 1 año compramos con ustedes y todo excelente y ayer regresamos por el carro de mis sueños wowwww!!! Y que paso : aplicamos y todo iba excelente llaves en la mano firmas todo bien para al final ver que me estaban vendiendo misma marca diferente color y otro año?? Service was horrible Took my car for service 15 minutes later said it was ready even tho the motor was shaking like crazy. They called to bring it back to get a loaner turns out no maneger was there even tho they close at 7. Last time im going there.

Horrible! We bought a used car from Capital Chevrolet in Dec. of last year because a family member recommended them. It was a great experience and Manny really took care of us. So naturally when we needed a 2nd used car, he was the only person we called even though we had moved to Manor (not a quick trip when you can't get anyone to return your phone call). Untrustworthy This place is a scam! They use false advertising to make the sale then rush you through the signing process to make a quick buck. Derrick Evans and his associates work together to take advantage of customers. We agreed to pay an online purchase price of 12,000, which Derrick confirmed before contract signing, but then we were charged an additional 5,000 because they decided to change the price as the contract papers were printing. Worst Customer Service Experience Ever This is hands down the WORST customer service experience I have ever received. The easiest way to explain this is with a list of every possible way that this dealership failed. 1. The used car dealer who was assisting me in the purchase of my 2013 Black Chevy Volt was fired from the company. Horrific No support on recall work, idiot matienence , incompentance horrible service , Don't buy GM. They left a leaking sunroof out in heavy rain and charge me for carpet cleaning . Hope they go broke

Don't waste your time bringing a car here for service I had a problem with my Impala so I called to make an appointment. The quickest they could schedule was 2 weeks later. So 2 weeks later I show up on time at 9:00 AM on Wednesday April 22nd. The problem I was experiencing was an obvious clunking in the drivetrain when you applied or released the accelerator. not happy with service department Took car in for repars to be fixed come to find out as soon as I got it back and another comes for it car is having problems it did not have before I took it in. Now it will cost me another $1000 dollars or so to fix it. I am not happy and wish I took it somewhere else. Not to mention it took it took for to get the work done. Will never have auto work done here again. Anyone going here you are probably better off going somewhere else unless you want the headache.

During a recent visit to purchase a used car we were quoted a price above advertised cost and then mistreated by preowned sales manager, once confronted was shown the door. Called General Manager to recite incident and was apologized to but preowned sales manager did not call back and apologize
