i came for an oil change. when making the appt i asked how long they take and she said 30 minutes. when i arrived, the rep told me it would be max an hour and a half. once an hour and a half passed, i asked how much longer and he said it was about to go in and will be about 30 to 45 minutes. the guy was nice, but a liar. when i dropped off my car i explained that every time i have been here for this free oil change, it has always taken longer than quoted. obviously, he didnt care really because 2 hours later i am still waiti... read more

After numerous phone calls and discussions, I scheduled an appointment with Isaiah. Drove an hour only to arrive and be told the vehicle we had been discussing was sold and that he had overbooked his time for the day. Terrible customer service and felt like a complete bait and switch job.

Radiator replacement hose wasn’t connected properly leaked out radiator fluid. Right light bulb wasn’t reconnected.

This is the worst experience that I had with a Chevrolet This is the worst experience that I had with a Chevrolet vehicle, I bought a Trailblazer 2021 on July 8, 2021. On July 22, 2021 the transmission idle engine got hot. The Austin Capitol Chevrolet replaced on August 16 with a new transmission . On August 21 the check engine light was on again, I went to All American Chevrolet of Killeen because I live more near (Belton TX) and they repaired the problem. Purchasing the car was great - great sales team; but the service department is the WORST! You can't get a hold of anyone - they either hang up or will not return your calls. The first service I had there shortly after purchasing my car, they had replaced my transmission with the incorrect part - this service was six weeks long and they used the wrong part - I had to take it back for them to correct their error - more time without a car. Having a similar issue all over again, and guess what - still can't get a hold of anyone.... read more

I was giving an out the door quote from manager Trent this morning had to leave to meet an custom and returned about 4 hours later to be told the OTD price was $600 higher. Snake gave me a lower number to ensure I would come back and then try to snake me into taken the higher price. No apologize, nothing just told me the price was higher if I wanted the truck. Very poor business. I have heard it for years and now I know it’s true! A car salesman is at the lowest level of a human being!!! xxxx SNAKE!

The headliner on my 2019 Trax has come off and supposedly fixed 4 times so far. They have given me the runaround and since may 26 when I took it to the shop again, nothing has been done! No one will return my calls. The service department is a joke. No one ever knows what is going on there! Cars are JUNK! DO NOT BUY from Capitol Chevy!
